Co-Founder & Head Driver Coach

André Couto

Born in Lisbon but living in Macau since he was four years old with the clear goal of winning the Macau GP, which André did in 2000, becoming the first local driver to do so.
After amazing campaigns in Formula Opel Lotus in 1995 and F3 Germany in 1996, André moved to F3 Italy in 1997 where he finished 2nd in the championship. A championship where André raced twice in 1996, winning one of them, the first F3 victory of his career.
Couto moved to Japan to race in Super GT where he won the country's biggest races, finished 2nd in the GT500 championship and won the GT300 championship.

Co-Founder & America Regional Manager

João Barbosa

Originally from Porto, João showed great speed when he won the Portuguese National Kart Championship in 1988 and 1989. Moved to formulas and in 1994 secured the Formula Ford Championship, followed by a triumph in the Italian Formula Alfa Boxster Championship in 1995. In 1997 makes the move to the USA where established his presence and skills in the American racing scene as a Cadillac driver in the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship winning 3 times the Rolex 24h of Daytona. Still racing in IMSA in the LMP2 class.

Co-Founder & EMEA Regional Manager

Nuno Trigueiros

Born in Porto and passionate about sports and motorsports from a young age, Nuno started watching races at the Boavista circuit when the WTCC was held in his hometown.
He studied marketing and management at the best Portuguese universities for these fields, and since 2016 he has been working directly in motorsport with marketing and social media for drivers. Since 2022 he is the "admin" and marketing manager of TCR Europe - Touring Car Series.
At Factor, he is our EMEA Regional Director and manages the daily needs of the company.
